This hip roof colonial home has fantastic curb appeal as it is nestled gently on a corner lot. This all brick home lacks no detail. Their is wainscoting and timbered ceilings with lovely wood detailing. Their are hardwood floor throughout the house. The finished basement also has wainscoting throughout. The house has a 3 seasons porch with terra cotta flooring, There is a office/den space with built in shelving unit.
Neighborhood Description
Milton Voted 2011 as #2 Place to Live in America by Money Magazine. Very close knit and quaint neighborhood. Family friendly neighborhood. Annual block parties. Just steps away from the Central Avenue Area. (shops, restaurants, bakery, wine store, cafe, cleaners, etc) A short walk to the MBTA trolley system. Minutes away from bike path and walking path that extends to Boston. Near the old Baker Chocolate Factory which is now a mixed use condo complex. 

What I love about the home

Just added a full spa bathroom in the basement. Floor to ceiling tiles. Walk in shower. Full media room/man cave in the basement. Large seating area. Acoustically sound construction. Great bonus room for children and hosted events. Updated bathrooms throughout. All Kolher products. Upstairs full bathroom is fully tiled. New walk in shower with multiple shower heads. Stand alone tub. I love the landscaping of this house. The Rhododendrons surround the property and really frame the house nicely. The back patio is fenced in for privacy. Very quiet neighborhood.
