BEST and RARELY available CORNER unit at Axis condo! Views OVER the buildings, garages, etc. No harsh sun and obstruction of the million dollar views! Other units could have new buildings blocking their views. Unit 1720 positioning shouldn't have that now or in the future.
Floor to ceiling windows. Gently used as a part time residence so in EXCELLENT condition. Appliances have been barely used as you can tell from photos. High-end, top quality wood floors throughout that have zero scratches on them. Great entertaining layout. Can be sold fully furnished with NEWish furniture. 2 parking spots but not buried way below the building - near the elevators for easy access! Great closet space for storage.
