Completely unique and totally private property surrounded by 10.76 acres of woods. House is a chalet type home with an open living room, kitchen, and dining area, and a loft main bedroom suite with full bath, accented by many windows so you can stare at the trees and stars as you drift off to sleep. Also upstairs is a pass-thru bedroom (23'x 15') with a new propane heater (pass-thru bedroom could easily be made private). Downstairs on the main level, there is another large bedroom (21'x 15') with a new propane heater and plenty of closet space. Outside are three additional outbuildings. Two of the outbuildings are uninhabitable. The third outbuilding is a large workshop/garage that could have many uses. Outbuilding could be repaired and rented - assessment is currently multiple dwelling and allows for that use. There is also a walking trail thru the woods to enjoy abundant wildlife.
