What I love about the home

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! The thing I love the most about this unit is it's location. It is 5 minutes from I-95, approximately 8 minutes to Jenness Beach in Rye, NH and 10 minutes from Downtown Portsmouth. You are surrounded by delicious restaurants, fun activities, enjoyable exercise options and wonderful shopping all within 5-10 minutes from home. I also love the space and serenity this home provides. When you sit in the family area, you feel as though you have a back door view of nature, without the bugs! This home is also especially quiet and sunny because it is an end unit. Having a garage is key. You can store so much on the shelves and you never have to clean your car off when it snows. Also, there is an abundance of storage space in the attic for any and all of your needs. The neighborhood in here is pleasant. You can always count on a hello, and there are social events organized by the social committee offered through the summer.
