ACCESS BEGINS ON SUNDAY THE 20TH 1130 to 100pm first day (sorry no access prior) Move right into this beautifully renovated home. Currently three bedrooms plus a den--easily converted to four bedrooms. There is over 800 square feet of entertaining space---the parties are at your house now! The walls in the living room, dining and den are Venetian plaster and there is wainscoting through out the entertaing rooms. The living room has a beautiful decorative fireplace with a wood mantle--and the dining room has a beamed ceiling. The windowed kitchen is a cooks dream with a Viking Professional 4 burner gas range with a center grill with a vented hood, a side by side Viking Professional refrigerator/freezer (42' wide--largest home one made )with ice maker, a Bosch dishwasher, and a stack Washer/ dryer that is vented out. The kitchen has granite counter tops and dark wood cabinetry along with under the cabinet lighting. There is a nice separation of space with the master bedroom with a huge walk in closet (13' 3' X 4' 6') and en suite bathroom off the dining room and the other bedrooms down the hallway with another full bathroom. The main bathroom has a stunning antique free standing deep soaking tub with an antique rain shower head, a period pedestal sink and a beautiful basket weave stone floor. Through out this special home there are solid core four panel doors, new quarter sawn oak floors laid on the diagonal throughout most of the apartment, a Juliet balcony off of two of the bedrooms along with solid wood painters moldings throughout. The architects Rouse and Kahn produced a design modeled on an imaginary Grand Tuscan Villa .
