3 Bedrooms plus 2 extra non-conforming rooms, 1 full and 1 partial Bathroom, 2 car garage. Gas heat, vinyl windows, fenced backyard, New roof 2010.
This is a unique Split Level Rancher with a daylight basement. This is a single story from the street, but two story in the back and has four levels inside. You enter the house on to the main floor in the living room, the kitchen is also on this floor. Then you can either go up six steps to the master bedroom, spare bedroom #1, the main bath, and the laundry closet. If you go down 8 steps from the main floor to enter the daylight basement there is a large family room, another bedroom, and a bathroom, or out to the back yard. You can go down another 6 steps from here to the sub basement, with 2 non-conforming bedrooms that do have windows that are non egress, also you can find the furnace and water heater in a corner under the stairs. This is a large corner lot.
Needs some TLC, Out dated Kitchen, basement bath needs work, everything works shower enclosure needs replacement and sink is a laundry sink plus ceiling needs repaired, and furnace does not work.
This is one lot/parcel but in early development a water main was installed in the rear lot. Originally two houses/properties were supposed to go in on north to south lots, but the builder decided to go east to west instead.
 

What I love about the home

The design, four levels. Washer and Dryer is upstairs. I really do like this house I would just like to move to Spokane Valley or out in Spokane County rather then in Spokane City Limits.
