On the exterior, the roof has been repaired, the rear of the house has been
re-sided, (the aluminum siding on the rest of the house should last for years) all the windows have been replaced with vinyl dual panes, the security fence and gate have been repaired, it has been painted quite a nice soft yellow with white trim and a deep brick red accent color, the front porch has been tiled in slate, and the front yard has been landscaped with sod, vines and small bushes all watered by an automatic timed irrigation system. There is a color matching large storage shed in the rear yard.
Inside we have all new doors and trim, (and not drab "rental" stuff either) painted in contrasting colors with an eggshell finish on the walls and a semi-gloss on the trim.

There are fans in all rooms (again, with a designer touch).

The floor is a high end laminate Brazilian Cherry in the living room, kitchen, mud room, and laundry room. The bedrooms are carpeted in a stylish low pile with a luxury pad.

The kitchen has extensive oak cabinetry (including 2 lazy susan corner base cabinets) with a cathedral door style. The kitchen counters are tiled and there is a decorator sink. There are upgraded GE appliances including a dishwasher, range, microwave hood and refrigerator.

The large bathroom has natural light, tile floors, tiled tub surrounds, granite vanity top with 2 sinks and all new plumbing. There is a large linen closet in the bathroom.

The central heat and air system is brand new. The water heater is brand new.
All windows have custom coverings


With a 20% downpayment ($29,000) the principal balance would be $116,000. At a 7% interest rate and a 30 year amortization the payments would be about $772. (all figures are estimates; check with your loan professionals)
