IN ESCROW January 28, 2015 --- 3826 El Moreno Street has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, approximately 1,404 sq. ft., lot: approximately 7,898 sq. ft. --- Located in an award winning school district, on a quiet street high above Foothill, this mid-century home was built in 1956, and was extensively remodeled in 2012 with permits. The open kitchen features new cabinets, granite counters, a tile back splash, newer appliances, barstool seating, and a large pantry. There are beautiful dark laminate wood floors throughout. The spacious master bedroom has it's own private remodeled bath. The second bathroom has also been remodeled. The two additional bedrooms are spacious with ample closet and storage space. A new energy efficient heating and air conditioning system was installed in 2014 to keep you cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. A new 50 gallon hot water heater was installed at the end of 2014. The backyard has a large cement deck that overlooks the backyard, which is ideal for entertaining, parties, or just enjoying the sunset and beautiful mountain views. The property boasts numerous fruit trees, including peach, orange, lemon, and avocado.

The floor plan is open and bright! I love the mountain views from the back deck!
