Enjoy the convenience of a central location! An elegant entry opens to the formal dining room with picture windows. Dining room has easy access to the immaculate kitchen with bright white cabinetry, a new range, and a walk-in pantry. A sunny breakfast nook overlooks the 14'x22' deck and the large backyard with its garden and privacy fence. Living room boasts a brick fireplace and close proximity to the main floor owner's suite. Large owner's bedroom features 2 closets and a private, remodeled bath. Main level also has a laundry room and a half-bath. Upstairs, the secondary bedrooms are joined by a Jack-and-Jill bath. Abundant storage througout. This residence epitomizes carefree living with low-maintenance vinyl, new AC with 10 year warranty, 3 year old roof, new garage door, and energy star windows. 

What I love about the home

Check Out What the Sellers Say! Tell us about your neighborhood: It's a friendly, diverse neighborhood. There are established families and also a lot of young families. In general, our neighborhood looks good: yards are well kept, and you see lots of houses being updated. Nearby grocery stores and conveniences: There is a Bi-Lo in the shopping plaza that is walking distance from our house. We like to walk up there to get small things. There's also a Publix further down the road as well as Earth Fare where we like to purchase organic local foods. They have a nice Farmers Market in the summertime that we like to go to. We are really centrally located: just minutes from Washington Rd and Evans where we can go to Lowes or Kroger or Target. They are just now opening a WalMart about a mile up the road from us too. What did you love about your property when you bought it? We love how spacious and flat the yard is. We planted our vegetable/herb garden in the back and still have plenty of room for corn hole or bocce ball or other activities. The deck is really spacious and we enjoy sitting out back and entertaining guests. We also love that the house is on a cul-de-sac street so we do not have a lot of thru traffic coming by. Having a half bath on the first level is another perk we really like: a lot of these homes of this size and master on main do not have that half bath which forces guests to share the master bath. Another thing we like is that we have a nice foyer for when people enter the home. Many homes open up to the stairs and it really shrinks the entryway. We love that our home has an inviting entrance to our guests and our stairway is hidden. We also love the two big picture windows we have-one in the dining room and one in the kitchen. It provides a lot of natural light, a great view, and is wonderfu l to open the windows and let the breeze in.
