This sharp and clean home is located close to West Seattle's trendy The Junction, with all of its shops, bars, and restaurants. The home, though, sits in a quiet neighborhood with off-street parking and great neighbors.When you pull up to the house the first thing you will notice is the professionally manicured, terraced yard full of blooming plants. The steps lead down to a small, but comfortable front lawn that is also professionally taken care of and included in the rent. Walk through the front door to a spacious living room with woodstove at the far end. A fan boosts the heat output from the woodstove, giving you the warm, dry heat that only wood heat can provide, and reducing the oil heat bills at the same time.Through the living room towards the back of the house you will come upon the updated kitchen. There is such a wonderful feel of openness with this kitchen, with its long island counter. Along the back wall is the refrigerator, range, and microwave over range nestled between the oak cabinetry.
