Beautiful family home in a friendly neighborhood. Home has spacious family and dining room down stairs and three bedrooms plus office/guest room .
Kitchen also has been upgraded with new appliances and granite countertops and travertine backsplash.
Two bathrooms; one upstairs and one down stairs have been recently remodeled.
Inviting back yard with built in barbeque and built in pool with spa.
Front yard also has large terrace for entertaining with mood setting Malibu lights.

What I love about the home

Location, location, location. Less then a mile from Long Beach Boeing and only a few miles from the airport (no overhead noise). Between 1-2 miles from 405, 605 and 91 freeways. Only three houses away from Heartwell park and a 5 minute walk to Long Beach City College and 3 miles from Long Beach State University
