1918 foursquare with craftsman-style woodwork. Bathroom remodeled in 2008 with in-floor heat, shower area, wall-mounted vanity, pocket door, and fixtures by American Standard, Toto and Duravit. New backyard patio and landscaping in 2006. Second floor windows replaced with Marvin windows in 2009. Tankless water heater installed in 2006. First floor double hung windows replaced in January 2011 with Marvin windows. Sidewalls insulated in 2010. Attic resinsulated and air sealed during the summer of 2011 to R-50. Electrical updated on second floor sumer of 2011. First floor electrical updated in 2011 and 2013.

What I love about the home

This house is central to many things: six blocks to Lake Harriet; a mile from restaurants, shops, theaters, and fitness centers in Lyn-Lake and Uptown; easy access to bus lines, bike routes, and highways; and two miles to downtown Minneapolis. Barton Open and Lyndale public schools within one mile. The block is also great with many wonderful neighbors.
