The basement has already been plumbed for a second bath. Garage had electrical run, new roof, and concrete floor poured in 1999. There was a complete tear off and new roof in 2000. K-Guard Gutter System installed in 2004. Hot water tank new in 2008. The garage is extra deep , plenty of room for your car, all of your yard equipment, and then some! In an area of well kept homes. Great value! Close to shopping, parks and public transportation! 

What I love about the home

I LOVE the craftmanship and quality of materials used to build this beautiful home. Solid oak doors, and some leaded glass windows, mostly wood floors throughout. And real wood, not the laminate- I also love the fact that it feels like a sanctuary- like a home ought to feel! My favorite part of the home is the sunroom downstairs. Just beautiful! I also love the fact that the master bedroom has a walk in closet,and that the 2nd bedroom has what could be a sunroom off of it, as well. This lovely home is located close to shopping, public transportation, and parks.
