What I love about the home

The reasons for the low "as-is" pricing. This is a handyman's perfect house. Major items have been taken care of and are relatively new, but many little items need attention. The double-wide is older (age unknown). Two rooms definitely need painting due to previous owner being a smoker. The stove's condition is unknown and should probably be thrown away. While there is no damage to inside, the bathroom shower walls need touchup and caulking. Some minor plumbing. One area in hall floor (about 1' x 1') needs replacing. All these plus other little things. This is for sale due to a death in the family and the price is for quick sell.
