You never know what you will find at the end of a private driveway. To my amazement it happened to be one of the most amazing homes, for the value, I have had the honor to list for sale in Berks County, 39 Osprey Lane, Birdsboro, PA. Firstly, the home has a six car heated garage, 3 bays are attached to the home and three are set in a detached section. The home has unique contemporary architectural lines mixed with a southwestern flair. The exterior of this 10 year old home was completely remediated of stucco in 2015 and is constructed with real stone and Hardie Plank cement-board siding and has paved walkways that run from the paved driveway all the way to the covered patio with a built-in eatery and large deck above. Once inside 39 osprey lane you are greeted by a grand foyer with a cathedral ceiling and surround custom window array. There is random width plank hardwood flooring that runs from the foyer, to the kitchen, into the dining area, and right into the hallways. It is also located in the large living room. the family room is also cathedral in style and is almost 20 feet at the peak. It also has a stone fireplace that runs from the floor to the center of the peak and is surrounded by custom windows. The open floor plan flows from the family room into the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has custom curved fiberglass cabinetry that is topped by granite and is fully equipped with top end stainless appliances that includes two dishwashers and a walk-in pantry. The living room is presently used as an office/study and has quite an array of windows built into yet another cathedral ceiling. the master suite has a sitting room with a fireplace, dual walk/in closet and a bathroom that really needs to be witnessed in person. The other end of the main level has 2 large bedrooms with a full Jack and Jill bathroom set-up. A powder room and large laundry, mud room complete the 4, 350 square foot main level. The walk-out finished basement is amazing in itself and features a full kitchen area with black fiberglass cabinets, breakfast island, nook and a full array of stainless appliances including the homes 3rd dishwasher. there are two full baths in the basement, one with a sauna setting in the tile and glass shower. there are also 2 large recreation areas and a bedroom on this level.
