Must see this amazing 2-bedroom apartment between Brighton Center and the B line on Commonwealth Ave at Washington St. Great deal with heat, hot water, and 1 parking space included. Very easy on-street parking (resident and non-resident spaces). Steps to fine restaurants and bars in Brighton Center, but still under 7 minute walk to the T.
