Neighborhood Description
We are situated in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, a small, friendly village nestled between the Intracoastal waterway and the beach, separating Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach. LBTS has its own government and a lower tax rate than either city. Our condo is within easy walking distance to shops, supermarkets, drug stores and dozens of great restaurants.

What I love about the home

The sound of the water; the constantly changing ocean view from every window. I can call down for my car to be run up to the front door; I can order room service or go down to the lounge for a cocktail. My groceries are loaded into a cart by a valet. It's heaven for not a lot of money!
