What I love about the home

Large corner flat lot in Cul de Sac. Cherry Hill Way is not a traffic thoroughfare and is very quiet. Easy access to the beltway and metro. Schools (Mantua E.S., Frost M.S., and Woodson H.S.) are rated exceptionally high by independent assessment organizations. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Integrated surround sound mini theatre room in finished basement...great for the big game or a movie and popcorn!
