And in the summertime it's all about the swimming and fishing, water is so warm we go swimming two-three times a day its like were at the river but its in the backyard and the fishing is fantastic, where do you find this in San Diego it's like were on a endless vacation, we have friends and family that book weekends with us, it's just great. MAY BE WILLING TO TRADE FOR BEACH FRONT HOME OR?
