This condo is perfect for Florida living or a vacation condo that is truly affordable. This unit is located on the second floor of this nice 3 story condo building. 2 elevators or stairs to your place. The second floor walkway offers views of the Intracoastal Waterway and on the East end of the walk you can enjoy boats cruising and the beautiful view. Walk across the small bridge to a cozy beach on the Intracoastal. From there you can ride your bike or cruise your car on over the Palm Beach Island and the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean and beaches. Of course the finest shopping on Worth Ave is there too. Downtown West Palm Beach is literally a 3 minute car ride and offers every kind of entertainment you can imagine from live music, shopping, dining, night life, arts and museums, etc..to the local library. Grocery stores and all the necessities are just a couple blocks away as well. This is also very close to the Palm Beach International airport and I-95. What a great location at an awesome price. 

What I love about the home

Water views, close proximity to the beach. Walk to the water and fish or enjoy the boats. Easy access to everything West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Island have to offer are within minutes of this condo. You must see the area and the unit. You will agree, for the price, this is awesome!!!!!! Florida Living.
