This ranch home is in "move-in" condition. With or without horses, there are endless ways to spend your time. You'll find yourself never wanting to drive back into town. Livermore or Tracy are each about 12 min. away, but you'll feel a world apart from the rush of traffic and the noise of the city. And just wait until you see the bright star-filled sky at night!
Since we moved in 2006, this home has received several major improvements, including:
- Dual pane windows.
- Kitchen remodel.
- Master Bath remodel, update on the other two full baths.
- Removal of acoustic ceiling finish.
- New flooring.
- Complete rain gutter and yard drainage system.
- Commercial grade arena drainage (8 in. and 6 in. pipes).
- Tack Room remodel and full floor mats in horse barn.
- New 26'x40' hay/utility barn installed in 2015.
- 5,000 gallon domestic water storage system with fire hose connection. Pumps water at night to conserve on the electric bill.

What I love about the home

Dyer Road is close to Livermore, but you're far enough away to enjoy a quiet country lifestyle. The dead-end road offers limited traffic, and this house sits about 1,000 ft.from the road, providing a secluded get-a-way. The 8 in. thick masonry walls provide a cool summer retreat and hold the warmth in during the winter. We rarely run the A/C in the summer and the Lopi pellet stove keeps the house cozy in the winter. Ride ATV's, build race cars, fly your helicopter, gaze at stars, target practice, enjoy remote control airplanes or cars, this country place opens up many options that can't be explored in a suburban lot. New 1040 sf barn for hay, RV's and toy's. Double wide run-in shelter, six stall horse barn, chicken coop, & fensed garden.
