This house has an open style appeal with an open style dinning room, living room, and large kitchen. Off of the living room to the right is the master bed and bath and off to the left of the living room are the other three bed rooms. Two bedrooms are the Jack and Jill style bedrooms with a bathroom in the middle. All bedrooms have nice size closets and the mater bedroom has two walk-in closets with a large gun safe in one. Master bath has a tile shower, 2 sinks, and a deep tub. On the other side of the kitchen is the laundry room with four shelves and a large area to hang your clothing. We have paid the bond for termite protection and the house has been checked for two years. The yard and house is maintained by Florida Pest Control which has been paid in full through January 2013. The house is move in ready with fresh paint and clean carpets. The house is worth 208, 300 on Zillow.com. What I love about the home

I love the layout about this house because its so open, the kitchen is large for social events, and a large formal dining room for those special occassions. I like the fact that the walk in closet has a safe in it for personal items that need to be kept safe and secure. I love the vaulted ceilings, large windows, and large back yard for play time. The neighborhood is safe and secure as well as being willing to help when asked.
