Another lovely 4 bedroom Colonial home to be built at Windsor's special Amolia Farms subdivision. While this is the smallest plan available, there is no skimping on style. Features include a 2 story foyer, an open, flexible floor plan, 8' ceilings throughout, a mixture of hardwood, tile and carpeted flooring, a fireplace in the family room, granite countertops in the kitchen, a 12x16 deck. There is also a 3 bedroom option available within this footprint which will expand the Master bedroom. While the attached plan shows a front entry garage, in fact it will be from the side. All lots in the subdivision are large, this one is .85 acres. Standard building specs are generous.The listed home is a proposal only, specifically for lot 4. However, the builder has other plans available and several buyers have brought their own plans, all subject to architect-drawn modifications, and pricing accordingly.
