Inviting living room with fireplace open to dining area and kitchen. First floor bedroom/suite with handicap bath and oversized slider to deck with ramp to back yard. Nicely finished basement for lots of additional uses. Home has been very well maintained. New generator installed just over a year ago is a big plus! Beautiful and meticulously cared for yard with many mature plantings and sprinkler system to enjoy in the warm weather. Private yet convenient to highways, downtown and shopping.
