NEW LOW PRICE. Home high on a hill overlooking Gropp's Lake.Your Livingroom window looks out onto the lake and all that Mother Nature has to offer.The property runs right down to the Lake if you love boating or just sitting out in the evening enjoying the view.This home is deceptively large including 3 bedrooms on the main level, a large LR and DR, an eat in Kitchen and bath all on the first floor.The lower level includes another bedroom,a Family room, a Den and a laundry room.The walk out exit to the back yard and patio has three flat levels leading down to the lake.The top level is patio but the other two levels could be easily completed with pavers.The gas hot air heater and the the water heater are 1 1/2 years old and the entire lower level has been completely refinished recently as well.The exterior of the home was just painted and the property is fully fenced.The home is equipped with a whole house fan which cools the entire first floor.You realy have to see this home from the inside to appreciate it.  More Less
