What I love about the home

Classy neighborhood, underground utilities with city water, sewer and natural gas. Easy living floor treatments & tiles, massive granite heat absorbing fireplace in living room, with solarium exposure, as solar heat storage; huge brick enclosed alcove with built in wood stove and wood storage in family room. Solarian and sunspace are perfect zero cost heat sources in three seasons and have skylight dual cells and vertical window treatments to isolate summer sun in the summer months and to minimize night-time heat loss in the winter months. Makes sunny winter days light up and effectively heat up the entire first floor (Family room, kichen, DR, and living room). Hi efficiency lighting almost everywhere. Newly installed (2012) high efficiency gas boiler for heat and it supplies a new (2012) hot water domestic hot water side tank for efficiency & capacity. Extremely low maintenance house. Gunite pool completely re-fenced with cedar fencing in 2008. Architect designed landscaping enhanced in 2008 by planting many giant green thuja evergreen trees around property line to provide additional isolation for yard and pool. These tree's are deer and disease resistant and their "brothers" planted 20 years ago around the pool are now 60 ft tall.
