My Notes

The owner gut-renovated this apartment by installing new walls, new closeting, new electrical wiring throughout, new FIOS wiring buried in the walls of the LR and BR, new A/C systems, new baths, new kitchen cabinets with soft close drawers and touch-latch cupboard doors, new appliances, new plumbing lines, new LR picture window, and new built-in book cases in the LR and the DA (now office). The ceiling height master bedroom door is custom made of solid wood. Original parquet floors were refinished. Much of this work is not discernible in real estate photos. The apartment was completely upgraded with well-thought-out value-added amenities for a purchaser who understands and appreciates such enhancements. This is an amazing find in today's condo market--even more so when one considers the low monthly costs. This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo includes an office/guest alcove with Murphy bed, separated from the living room and dining area by a privacy wall. (See both floor plans.)  More Less
