What I love about the home

Seller writes: Comfortable, beautiful inside and out. All the upgrades over the years have added nice touches. Love being close to everything we want whether downtown Campbell, the mall, downtown Los Gatos, or San Francisco. Neighbors are awesome. The number of amenities and services for $300/mth HOA dues is pretty amazing. It is easy to get used to the extra services, touches and offers that a Los Gatos address offers - without the Los Gatos insane pricing. It's really good to come home here.
