My Notes

If Norma Desmond (Sunset Boulevard) lived in Glendale she would absolutely live here.!  Seldom does a home enjoy such complete architectural drama.  From the generous foyer you can enter the Gracious Formal Dining Room over looking the pool or turn into the dramatic Living Room with massive fireplace, Opera Balcony and glass conservatory.  There is also a charming breakfast nook and a lovely bedroom and 3/4 bath.  Upstairs there are three enormous bedrooms- two rooms have on suite office/sitting areas and the third enjoys downtown Glendale views and a faux fireplace.  The grounds are a tropical wonder with pool, grape arbor, producing bananas and mature bougainvillea.  Other fruit trees include grapefruit, lime, blood orange and fig.  400 W. Kenneth- where Hollywood and Glendale come together.  It's a good thing. <br />  More Less
