What I love about the home
Unfortunately, appraisals do not do a good job as far as quality of homes and their amenities! This home and land is not juat another home you can go by square footage! The home has upgrade everything!! Trim,tiles,hardwood, custom cabinets,not semi custom! It is a wonderful place to entertain yourself or with others! It is "very" secluded! Never saw a human in the last 8 years from the patio/outdoor kitchen area! Its quite with plenty of birds,deer, and turkey! It has a very productive garden area! The detached garage is built with a standard footer/foundation with 2x6 walls with its own electric meter! It is a different lifestyle!
