Here are the reasons why: -The beer/wine/convenient store in the basement has everything you will ever need at amazing prices -Bus stop right out rear entrance to Dupont and cab stand around the corner -20007 Zipcode (best zipcode in the District) -Great security card access parking -One of the LARGEST pools in the city -Fabulous roof deck over looking the Gardens of Glover Park -24 Hour Security desk which takes mail and calls cabs for you -Quick walk to all favorite restaurants, running trails, Washington Sports Club, and Whole Foods -On site Dry Cleaners -Library, vending machines, fax, and photocopier access -Bi-Weekly cleaning and laundry service available for additional $150.00 per month -Huge clean laundry facility -Bike storage facility. The unit is amazing as well and here is why: -Corner Unit with amazing windows throughout.
