NO BASEMENT -- FEW STAIRS EASY ON THE KNEES! When I bought the home in 2006 it was listed for $135,000 & I had it inspected. I did not want a house that needed a lot of maintenance upfront. I bought the home for $127,000 & I have put over $10,000 up
