Totally updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath in 78704 - Open floor plan with lots of natural light from large windows throughout the house. Large corner lot with big, fenced-in backyard for pets, gardening and entertaining. Entirely renovated main bathroom (completed less than month ago) new tile floors, new vanity, new shower tile surround, clean-finished tub, new toilettes in both bathrooms.
Hardwood floors throughout. Central Air. Granite kitchen countertops give ample space for cooking and prep, plus all new refrigerator, stove and vent hood and double basin sink. Bright pendent lighting over the bar and kitchen sink.
Covered porch out back, great for entertaining outside but out of the hot sun - enough room for a dining table and other outdoor furniture.
 
What I love about the home
Located in heart of South Austin, and 5 minutes from downtown. Nice large yard and a covered porch to enjoy the outdoors out of the sun. Hardwood floors and lots of natural sunlight.
