My Notes

Edit
This spacious 1 bedroom apartment in well run, full service building with 24 hour doorman is leased at the market rate of $2,600 per month until October, 2012. It has a wonderful layout, generous closets, and a recently updated marble bathroom and kitchen with granite countertops. The apartment is extremely quiet with no ambient street noise. The lobby and hallways have been newly renovated, and the building has a new, well appointed exercise room. Laundry rooms with brand new washer/dryers are conveniently located on each floor. Storage units are available and there is a bicycle room and garage in the building. The building is in close proximity to Carl Schurz Park with Gracie Mansion, running and bike paths along the East River; the Upper East Side dog run and Asphalt Green. There is no board approval, and a very liberal sublet policy. Pets are welcome.  More Less
