Shops, restaurants, grocery, coffee shops, libraries, and arts districts all within close walking distance. 1 block from 4th Avenue, 1 block from Tucson High School, and 3 blocks from the UofA, this location can't be beat. Pride of ownership, house has been renovated/restored. Kitchen completely remodeled, including new insulation, walls, electrical, GFI outlets, cherry shaker cabinets and Italian marble countertops. Hardwood floors resurfaced and new 13-seer Rheem heating/cooling unit in 2004, recycled corrogated steel fence and gates installed, brand new historic-etched dual pane windows, new water and sewer lines, new ceiling fans throughout, and all interior and exterior recently painted. Refrig, washer & dryer are all new and can stay- washer is a new front loading one! Zoned for C2 - commercial and residential use!

What I love about the home

This house has charm! Newly painted in and out, the antique O'Keefe & Meritt stove stands out. Hardwood floors throughout -only 3rd bedroom has tile. Bathroom features saltillo tile floor, 2 exposed brick walls & New Yorker magazine wallpapered wall. Beautiful flowers and foliage in yards through most of year. 2 fireplaces, both in working condition. Front bedroom has private outside entry, easily used as a guest quarter. Gorgeous new double pane windows with historic etching in the entire house. There is always something to do in this area...so make me move and jump right in!
