The first thing to notice is the very large fruit treed lot with gorgeous views of the BLUFFS. Easy walk to river. Inside of house is so custom you have to read amenities list in house to help capture all the beauty. Wait to you see the upstairs bath and the very large Wolf range and custom cabinets in the kitchen. Do not be fooled by it's very simple exterior. Oh, the garage is to die for - 900 square feet of wonderful space. Did I mention the lovely large deck off the back that allows great views of the Bluffs. Want a horse, cow, chickens, goats? Space to have one and garden to spare. Second 1/2 acre parcel comes with the house that is on almost half an acre. Build another house perhaps for family or visitors?
