Park a truck and bring a camper. Wildlife? YES. While doing the listing presentation we saw fox and deer at the property. Wide open space in the middle of UD Farmland and so very close to the center of Newark. Location? Midway between the intersection of Route 72 at Route 4 and Main Street at Chapel Street. Who knew this type of property and home was in the City of Newark limits? This house is very interesting. Screen porch. NEW ROOF. Big detached garage with studio / storage space above where one can park cars, etc. Bring your imagination. YES --- $2000 carpet allowance available. That same $2000 carpet allowance can be used as settlement help also.  More Less
