Great yard for hosting * Easy access to great Chesterfield schools, shopping, and major routes. Brandermill amenities include walking trails, Sunday Park, Boathouse, and Swift Creek reservoir. Pool, golf, and tennis memberships available seperately.
Neighborhood Description
Brandermill has an excellent family-friendly restaurant on the Swift Creek Reservoir, and it's a wonderful place to enjoy dinner while watching the sunset. Sunday Park offers playgrounds, docks, and boat rentals (canoe, kayak, paddle, and sail). It also has plenty of wildlife to watch while strolling on the beautiful wooded trails or relaxing in one of the private gazebos.

What I love about the home

We love the big yard and the tranquility associated with a large, wooded corner lot. The sunroom's multiple sliding glass doors open to the large back yard deck, and we love opening them up on crisp fall evenings to light the chiminea and sunny spring mornings while we enjoy breakfast outside. We also enjoy the home's unique floor plan, with its arched doorways and a rustic beamed ceiling in the living room. The kitchen is central to all the downstairs rooms, making this is a great house to entertain guests! We also enjoy the walking trails and frequent nearby Sunday Park on a regular basis.
