Home is in immaculate condition having just completed a full remodel, and features an open floor plan, fireplace and several built-ins, kitchen with all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances, new bathrooms, and loads of character throughout. All appliances stay including a dishwasher and The washer/dryer. Small pets will be considered within reason as long as pre-approval is obtained and strong rental references can be provided. Tenants pay all utilities and will be responsible for their own lawn care and snow removal. Sorry, but smokers will not be considered for this home. All tenants will be subject to a background check prior to being approved as tenants. The home rents for $1050/mo and a $1050 security deposit is also required. The home is available june 1st!!!!
