Completely remodeled! Quaint split-plan home with master suite. Large windows in the living room, dining room, and master suite allow for lots of natural light. Large pass-through kitchen, with views of the pond just beyond the dining room windows! The wall of windows in the bonus room overlooks the spacious backyard, yet the room has a cozy den-like feel to it!
Neighborhood Description
Quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors! The neighbors around the house are very supportive of each other, and enjoy the occasional chat. All take good care of their yards. It is a safe area with a neighborhood crime watch. Occasionally, special events are held for all the people in the area at the clubhouse. There is a neighborhood flier sent out quarterly with special news (such as fund raising activities, information on who to call for neighborhood upkeep, etc.) Association feel without the rigid restrictions or required dues! 

What I love about the home

The master suite includes a sitting area with large windows for beautiful natural light. The bathroom is a unique design, with door that can be closed to seperate the vanity from the "facilities." The walk-in closet in the master suite is connected to the laundry room, which is beneficial when seperating and putting away the laundry. The living room and bedrooms all have beautiful wood flooring. Spacious back yard with views of beautiful wildlife in and around the pond. Huge screen-enclosed back patio area, great for entertaining by the grill!! Very large storage shed! Large enough to hold two kayaks, lawn equipment, two bikes, Christmas decorations and still so much more!
