This modest ranch-style home is located on one of the most coveted spots of the river and is surrounded by some of the greatest neighbors in the world! Recently appraised for $185K, the seller is motivated by an upcoming wedding. The prime lot is deep, creating a beautiful backyard that includes a delicious plum tree and two small blueberry trees. The exterior is clad in brick with vinyl soffits and gables for easy maintenance, and it also has a 10' x 30' outbuilding near the water for entertaining and/or storage. The home is conveniently located for quick interstate access, but far enough away not to hear the traffic. On warm summer evenings, be sure to listen for the sounds of the mullet jumping all up and down the river! Porcelain tile is installed in both bathrooms and the kitchen, and each bath includes water-saving toilets. The hall bath was completely gutted. New copper plumbing was installed along with an impressive 7' high porcelain tile tub surround. The master bath includes a cultured marble walk-in shower and dual-flush toilet. A conversation-friendly bar divides the kitchen from the dining nook with a magnificent view of the water courtesy the large wall of windows. Appliances are all electric to include a smooth glass cooktop and single wall oven. With the home's higher elevation, it has never flooded. In fact, it was one of only a handful of homes in the neighborhood that did not see any water damage in 2005 from Hurricane Katrina.
