Two story home built in 1996 with many upgrades. Porch and patio, mature landscaping, new appliances, and lots of storage. It has a large great room, updated kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms with Master on main, and an additional family room/office (with gas fireplace) located upstairs with access to a recently remodeled deck (late 2006). This home also has a small upstairs balcony area overlooking the great room. A large garage with laundry area and work space adds additional sq. footage and storage. Good outdoor space including newer (2002) front porch and (2005) back deck. New siding, paint and gutters in and front door in 2007. New Bamboo Flooring in main living areas, New Tile in Kitchen & Baths, and New Carpet in Bedrooms in late 2007. Upgraded light fixtures and molding throughout. Stainless steel and Black appliances in Kitchen. New countertops in bathrooms with an upgraded vanity downstairs. Comes with Washer and Dryer.
Neighborhood Description
This is a relatively quiet, working-class neighborhood. It is relaxed and has treated us very well.
 

What I love about the home

The garden has really blossomed after several years of work. There is a vegetable garden which we have conditioned every year, fruit trees, bulbs galore and many vines including a aromatic Jasmine Vine. There is always something new and beautiful to look at, each time you walk out the door. The Herb Garden offers fragrent aromas and delicious additions to home cooked meals. The new upstairs deck is a wonderful retreat, and affords lovely views including blushing sunsets and quiet evenings to gaze at the stars. This home is also centrally located for easy access to Wookstock, Hawthorne, and Sellwood shopping areas. There are several nearby parks and restaraunts. Easy access to Tri-met and bike commuting options including many streets with bike lanes, bike blvd's and the spring water corridor.
