If your looking for a quality ranch home in a nice neighborhood, this might be the one. This home has been thoroughly updated mechanically and cosmetically in 2007. Home has been pre-inspected, so make an offer with confidence. Gas burning insert fireplace, crown molding, remote control ceiling fans, nice window treatments. 2007 remodel consisted of refinished hardwood floors in two bedrooms, new ceiling fans, new lighting, carpeting, laminate, paint, hardware, trim, everything in kitchen, new-cabinets, countertops, appliances, sink, disposal, faucets, electrical updated ( 100 amp service ), under cabinet radio/cd, and under cabinet lighting. Really nice tongue and groove finished breezeway with patio door leading to large concrete patio in backyard. One full bath upstairs and one in lower level. Furnace , Central air unit, AO Smith water heater, windows, and garage door / opener were replaced at that time also (2007). New sump pump in 2012.
