The entire interior was just freshly painted, as was all the wood work, kitchen cabinetry & stair case railing recently varnished. All new carpets thru out unit. New linoleum in kitchen. Hardwood floor entry way. Prive decking off of dining area, great for barbecuing. MBR suite has it\'s own deck. Unit has a one car enclosed garage. Wood burning fireplace in living room. Shows great.
