My Notes

This home is located on a quiet two way street in the heart of Bevo Mill. It has a great renovated front covered porch, just in time to enjoy the weather! We have beautiful cherry hardwood laminate floors throughout the main level and pretty ceramic tile in the kitchen and bath. Neighborhood Description
Bevo Mill is most known for... the Bevo Mill, which is currently being remodeled.
The Bevo Area is located in Central South St. Louis.
The common cultural and religious heritage of the area residents gave the neighborhood a stability which caused it not only to resist but reverse the problems which plagued so many areas in the years after WWII. A key factor in the neighborhood's continued success was the neighborhood residents' organization into improvement associations and their formation of the umbrella neighborhood corporation, Bevo Area Community Improvement Corporation (Bevo 2001) in 1972.
The Bevo neighborhood is one of the City's best maintained. This is displayed by the well-groomed appearance that most of the neighborhood's residences have. The housing stock is a mixture of brick and frame bungalows, Dutch-style homes, larger homes in the Holly Hills neighborhood, some larger multi-family structures and two and some four family flats.

What I love about the home

Updated laminate wood flooring in cherry color. New ceiling fans in each room. Ceramic tile kitchen & bathroom, oak kitchen cabinets, Off street parking for 2 to 3 vehicles, great fenced backyard, nice neighbors, quiet two way street.
