A great homesteading or getaway property. The house- 2100 sq ft w/ a full unfinished basement. Kitchen and Dining Room have been opened up and remodeled w/ knotted Hickory cabinets, tile floor in kitchen. Master Bedroom has remodeled bath w/ tile shower and floors. 3 other Bedrooms w/ lots of closet space. Additional closets throughout house. Beautiful open floor plan w/ large living room and brick fireplace in center. Main bathroom has slate tile floor and we began work on doing walls around tub but never finished.  House was built in the early 1970's and could use new siding and windows, but is intact. We also have incurred some hydrostatic pressure at the back of the house, due to no gutter system, resulting in a crack in the foundation wall. There has been no shifting or damage to the house, and we have alleviated the majority of pressure. Willing to work w/ buyer in reinforcing back wall so no future problems. We also are in the process of putting gutters on the house. The property- beautiful views, mostly pasture, lots of garden spots to include thornless blackberry patch, asian pear trees, spring-fed pond, strawberry patch. Private road for privacy and some great neighbors. In addition there is a 22x60 fully functional greenhouse that is priced seperately but onsight if someone wanted a part-time business. We are currently working a couple of farmers markets, etc., Price on greehouse w/ lots of accessories is $2,500.00 There is also an additional 5.4 acres on the other side of the driveway that is currently available. It has shared spring, power to a utility pole, and new septic on site. Would make a great rental or in-law property.
