A GREAT VALUE AT THE NEW ADJUSTED PRICE! Stunning and maintenance-free, you'll appreciate the detailed updating this West Ward brick twin has received during the tenure of the current owner. The porch has beautiful mahogany flooring and electric outlets for outdoor work and for exterior lighting for holidays. There are both a lamp post and motion sensors in the front of the house, as well as front and back water faucets.
