My Notes

This home has 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths, and located on two city lots (1/4 acre) total. The newer master bedroom has a full bath, and the 2nd bath is off the hall way, adjacent to the other two bedrooms.
The living room, hallway, and bedrooms all have oak floors. There is fairly new carpet in the family room/dining room, vinyl & tile in the baths & laundry.
The remolded laundry room is located at the West end of the home, adjacent to the large (12X28)hobby room, currently being used as a hobby/storage room.
The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new KraftMaid cabinets, Corian countertop, and Maytag appliances, along with new vinyl flooring.
A Timberline roof was installed approximately two years ago, and all the wood eaves & facia board replaced & painted. The electric waterheater is less than a year old
We are non smokers, and have no indoor or out of door pets. The back yard is all fenced though, should pets be desired.
The outside central air compressor unit was replaced just last year. The gas furnance is older but works quite well.
There is a nice 300 sq ft workshop adjacent to the rear of the garage. It has 120-/210v, a new 8,000 BTU airconditioner, and city gas running to it for a space heater, if you like.
We have a covered patio out back overlooking a nicely landscaped yard with numerous shrubs, citrus trees & pecan tree. There is also a potting porch between the garage & workshop. The house rest on a brick foundation, with crawl space underneath.
Neighborhood Description
The neighborhood is a tight knit, pleasant, quiet community displaying an abundance of family values, where children still say "yes ma'am, and yes sir", adults greet you with an good ole country hand shake, and strangers still wave a friendly hello. There are churches to accomodate most faiths.

What I love about the home

We love the large back yard, covered patio, and airconditioned workshop. The large indoors hobby room adjacent to the laundry room is really nice, and is great for extra storage. Our home is a short walk (2 blocks) to a local grocery & hardware store.
