My Notes

Edit
You must be interested in our home located at 41 Beechnut Lane.  If you are looking for a warm and unique home and the peacefulness of living on the water, but most of all the view, then you have located the right home, its beautiful. Our home is located approximately 3 miles from Interstate 295 and 6 miles from the New Jersey Turnpike.  We are less than half hour from Philadelphia and only one and a half hours from New York City. Our home sits on over an acre of property, which is located on a very private dead end street.  As you enter the property on the paved horseshoe driveway you will notice the beautiful trees and new landscaping.  The back of the property overlooks the large section of the Rancocas Creek.  There is an oversized patio which is great for entertaining and makes the back yard like a private oasis where every season the view changes.   In the spring you can watch new life beginning and in the summer the boats, water skiers, jet skis and water action starts to appear. In the fall the foliage brings on a whole new look to the creek and then when winter comes you can see a different view with the water freezing and the icebergs that come floating down from the Delaware River. Our 2,367 square foot home was custom built in 1978 with an open floor plan.  Special features include breathtaking vaulted beamed ceilings, stained glass doors and windows, skylights, a 6x9 foot pantry with custom shelving, hardwood floors, 9 foot plus ceilings, a 5' crawl space and the home is built with 2 by 6 construction. There are 3 bedrooms.  The first bedroom measures 21 by 15 feet and has a loft.  The second bedroom measures 14 by 15 feet and has a walk-in closet.  The third bedroom measures 10 by 14 feet and has two closets and a built-in bookcase. Other rooms include 2 full bathrooms, a foyer which measures 21 by 8 feet with a custom oval window and a great room which measures 20 by 22 feet with a full brick wall gas fireplace.  There is a dining room which measures 13 by 17 feet and also has a flue pipe for a wood burning stove.  The kitchen which measures 10 by 16 feet has Corian countertops and a Jenn-aire stove.  Theres a breakfast nook which measures 11 by 14 feet and a sunroom which measures 9 by 14 feet.  There is also another room which measures 14 by 18 feet and has its' own outside entrance which can be used as an office, a game room or an additional bedroom. All 3 bedrooms, great room, breakfast nook, kitchen, dining room and sun room have views of the water. Two years ago a 20x38 foot 2 car attached garage with a workshop area was built and since the home sits back 200 feet from the road theres plenty of additional off street parking. If you want to feel like you are living at a bed and breakfast all year round, please leave us a message or you can call us to make an appointment for a personal tour at 609-871-5271 or 609-668-4629.  We are available anytime which is convenient to you. You can also email us with any questions at: www.neuhaus@comcast.net. Thanks for visiting and we hope to see you soon! Additional property info: http://www.forsalebyowner.com/listing/EGCUY?provider_id=28079

What I love about the home

The thing that we most love about our home is the view. The view changes with every season. In the spring you can watch new life beginning and in the summer the boats, water skiers, jet skis and water action start to appear. In the fall the foliage brings on a whole new look to the creek and then when winter comes you can see a different view with the water freezing and the icebergs that come floating down from the Delaware River. We guess our friends and families have said it best. It's like living at a bed and breakfast all year round because you have the warmth and uniqueness of the home, the peacefulness and quiet of the water, but most of all you have the view. It's beautiful and the sunsets are gorgeous!
