This very large Upper West Side one bedroom apartment is for sale in a lovely pre-war, Art Deco-styled coop, with a peek at Central Park! It features 9'8 beamed ceilings, a kitchen with Viking and Bosch appliances, and a huge bathroom that is high-end all the way. The bedroom has room for a king-size bed as well as a sitting/home-office area. The classic Upper West Side coop building has a terrific staff with a 24-hour doorman and live-in super. Walk across the street and you are in Central Park, with stunning fields, ponds and playgrounds all literally right there. It is just a block to the B/C Subway, cross-town as well as downtown/uptown buses, two blocks to Whole Foods, but merely around the corner from Associated market and parking garage. Idyllic surroundings, so nice to be home -- and, with a very low $664 maintenance, an Upper West Side home that is so affordable, less then renting!  More Less
